I don't received an e-mail after I successfully register? |

An automatic e-mail message will be sent to you right after you completed and successfully register to our membership. Our e-mail contains your registration information's and your activation code. Your activation code is use to activate or enable your account. This process is used to verify if your e-mail address is correct. On the other hand, if you don't received any e-mail from us, maybe because of reaching e-mail disk quota, please try to visit http://www.ktvphil.com and click the link "Retrieve Account" to automatically send your account information in your e-mail. Please make sure you have input correct info and delete some message to free some space for our e-mail.. |

How can I activate my Account? |

You can activate your account by two process: (1) You can click the link in your e-mail saying "Activate my Account Now!", and you'll be automatically redirected to a page saying that your account is activated. (2) You can go to the members area and click the activate account, after the page is pop-up, please fill-in your username, password and activation code. |
